Vertical Serenity is a minimalist sculptural vase made from black powder-coated steel and brushed stainless steel.

Its slender proportions create an almost architectural presence. With branches or flowers, the object becomes part of an ever-changing composition. Without them, it remains a strong sculptural object in its own right.

Each piece is handmade in the Netherlands and reflects Peter Sprengers’ approach to design: reduce the form, respect the material and let the object speak for itself.

Unobtrusively striking

A functional object with the presence of sculpture.

The contrast between the dark structural lines and the brushed stainless-steel body gives Vertical Serenity its distinctive character. The design is deliberately restrained, allowing flowers, branches, light and surrounding architecture to complete the composition.

Its simplicity is intentional. Every proportion, junction and surface is considered so that the object feels balanced from a distance and rewarding up close.

Handmade

Built in the studio.

Vertical Serenity is not an anonymous industrial product. The metal components are prepared, aligned and assembled by hand in Peter’s studio.

The making process is part of the design: clean geometry, precise connections and honest materials.

Vertical Serenity sits at the intersection of art, object design and interior architecture.

The three available heights make it possible to use the vase as a single sculptural accent or as a composition of multiple objects. Its neutral materials allow it to work in contemporary homes, galleries, hospitality spaces and architectural interiors.

Every version is handmade and designed to retain the individuality of a studio-made object.
